Yesterday, I uploaded a fit pose for Cutie Pie Cap to my Renderosity Free Stuff haul. It was approved some time this morning. Click here for the direct link. The fit may need some adjusting, but it should get you in the ballpark, depending on how morphed your Kiki's face and head character morphs are set. :)
